This was so yummy, sweet and refreshing but still full of nourishing ingredients. To make I simply blended together 1 cup mixed frozen berries, 3 heaped tbs natural yoghurt, 3/4 cup almond milk. Pour the smoothie into a bowl then add a few teaspoons raspberry chia jam (recipe can be found on my blog) and swirl through the smoothie. I then sprinkled with some shredded coconut. After the photo I also added from mixed grain flakes. Berries are fantastic sources of antioxidants and vitamin C. The antioxidants can help fight damage caused by free radicals, hence preventing against illnesses. Vitamin C aids in collagen health, which aids in joint flexibility and maintaining cartilage stores. It can also aid in radiant skin and healthy care. Enjoy!
