Sometimes you need a bit of a treat but I think its so much more rewarding to make it yourself, which not only means its healthier but your able to customize flavours to your liking. Also, these are a perfect idea to make for a special someone for upcoming Valentines day. To make you need to use a really high quality dark chocolate (minimum 70% - I used Lindt) and once melted mix in goji berries and shredded coconut. Then divide the mixture into chocolate forms - I actually use silicon ice cube moulds from ikea, which work really well. Then allow the chocolate to set at room temperature before moving into the fridge. Goji berries are the most nutritionally dense fruits - they are high in fibre, contain all amino acids, highest concentration of protein of any fruit, high in vitamin C, large quantity of carotenoids, and have 21 trace elements. As well as this they have anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory compounds.
