This has to be one of my absolute favorite ways to start the day. To make this smoothie bowl I blended together heaps of frozen berries, one scoop vegan protein powder, unsweetened almond milk and low fat natural yoghurt. I then topped it with oats, chia seeds, coconut, dates, goji berries and honey. So delicious, healthy and filling! Also it was a very hot morning so it was really nice to begin the day with something cold, sweet and refreshing.
